The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in desperate need of updating and were quite loud, but having a balcony overlooking the river was a nice touch. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with mask-wearing protocols. The location, although a bit cramped to navigate, offered beautiful views of the Rogue River and was near restaurants. The dining experience was average with indoor and outdoor seating options. Overall, a decent stay with both good and not-so-good aspects.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean but could use some updates. The service was exceptional with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. The location was beautiful but a little challenging to access. The dining was mediocre, but the facilities were decent.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were nice and clean, and having a balcony with a view of the beautiful Rogue River was a definite bonus. However, the late-night disturbance from another guest moving furniture was quite a hassle. The proximity to the river was a major highlight, but the presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area was uncomfortable.
The hotel rooms are quite great with a river view, very clean and tidy, yet the presence of a plastic trash bag tied around the smoke detector for smoking poses a safety risk. The service, especially from Jo and the breakfast staff, was super friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful, overlooking the Rogue River and very close to the Asante medical facility. The dining experience in the comfortable breakfast room with a view of the river was amazing, offering one of the best continental breakfasts. The facilities were accommodating with amenities available.
